039 Endoso en Procuración

What is it?​

  • It is a limited endorsement that grants the Endorsee certain powers, which are exercised in the name and on behalf of the Endorser. It requires the signature and the clause indicating “endoso en procuración”, “endoso al cobro”, or any similar term.

Who is responsible for generating the electronic document?​

  • The Issuer, Biller, or its Legitimate Holder (Endorser) is responsible.

Who is responsible for receiving the electronic document?​

  • The Endorsee is responsible.

  • The termination of the mandate restricts the generation of this event by the attorney.
  • The event “Inscripción en el RADIAN de la factura electrónica de venta como título valor que circula en el territorio nacional” is necessary for the generation of this event.
